Production facility

The growth and development of the company have been entirely financed from own sources, i.e. through reinvesting the company’s profits and from the owner’s capital investments.

The Dam-Mont Company has the following capacities:

1. Production facilities in the total size of 12.500 m².

2. Warehouse facilities, offices and an internal restaurant also belong to the company complex.

3. Modern production machinery and equipment installed in the period between 1995 and 2007.

During 2006 and 2007 the workshop floor was extended by 40%. Some of the equipment used in the manufacturing process include:

• Portal Cranes: 2 x 20 t; 2 x 10 t and 1 x 5 t;
• Automated welding machines;
• Computerised blasting machine, 2,5 m width;
• CNC laser cutting machine (Bystronic Laser AG), laser strength 4000 W, worktable 2.5m x 4m;
• CNC laser cutting machine (Bystronic Laser AG), laser strength 6000 W, worktable 2.5m x 6.5m;
• CNC water jet cutting machine ByJet 3015, worktable 1.5m x 3m; 
• CNC press brake Bystronic Xpert 800x6200.

During the last decade, over 20 million euros have been invested in broadening and modernizing the capacities.

All of these investments were conducted from own resources and profits.

In the last two years, we have finished the following projects in our workshops:

• sandblasting and painting facility (1000m2);
• broadening of welding shop;
• new cranes (20-120t);
• new foundry furnaces(2 x 25t);
• new machines for material preparation.
