Mining industry

Projects in the mining industry represent complex and challenging undertakings for all parties involved. The Dam-Mont company performed its first major project in this area in 2006, producing a complete belt wagon for the end user REK Bitola in FYROM.

During the next five years, we manufactured and installed a number of machines for open mine pits worldwide, i.e. in Serbia, Bulgaria, Brazil, Turkey, such as:

• Spreaders,
• Excavators,
• Crushers,
• Transportation systems,
• Various components.

Thanks to the modern equipment for cutting, bending, welding, and our crane capacities, we produce large sized and comprehensive steel structures. Also, Dam-Mont has a well equipped equipment fleet and its own foundry, so it is capable of independently producing the majority of mechanical components that are installed in these machines.

The manufacturing of spare parts - crawler pads, gears, drums, drive mechanisms, wheel buckets, as well as crusher spare parts (click the pdf. file on the download page to view details).

In 2009 Dam-Mont proved its competence through production and complete assembly of the spreader and tripper car for the end-user EPS Kostolac in Serbia, which included the installation of electronics and hydraulics.

The Dam-Mont company has its own transport and logistics capacity which completes the entire process of production, delivery and installation of mining equipment machinery.
